Welcome to Tabletop Motion Co. (tabletopmotion.co). Because we provide video production services, our "shipping" process works a little differently. Please review our policy below to understand how to send us your physical products.

Shipping Requirements

​

Package(s) must contain order number and customer name on shipping label or slip within packaging.

Please pack your products securely. Tabletop Motion Co. is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit on their way to our studio. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance from your carrier if your items are high-value.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Feel free to send us the tracking number, along with your order number and name, to hello@tabletopmotion.co so we know when to expect product arrival.

You will be notified via email when we have recieved your product.

Return Shipping

​

Product(s) will not be returned unless you select "Yes" to the return option during checkout. You are responsible for purchasing a shipping label and digitally forwarding the label to Tabletop Motion Co. for use. If we do not recieve a paid shipping label within 14 days of digital link delivery, we have the right to dispose of, donate, or destroy any product within our possession.
